Discover is expanding the team again and we're looking for additional people to help onboard new customers. We have both full and part time roles available (minimum 20 hours per week) including flexible working from home. The roles have scope for growth into product management, training or consulting and other areas depending on your appetite for learning 😊. We're looking for
- At least 3 years’ experience ECE experience, ideally 5+
- Prior experience with Infocare or APT or Firstbase is a bonus
- Great written and spoken communication
- Totally gets how critical great service is
- A great problem solver, inquisitive mind
- You will totally understand the ECE market and administration for childcares
